My next baking project....to master the fruit tart. This recipe looks divine, maybe some strawberries on there too and hex the blue berries? What do you think? I'm seeing maybe a thin layer of chocolate along the bottom of the crust, cover it a vanilla custard and then the fruit with a nice apricot glaze?
