Need Some Good Tips

Anyone have any good suggestions for relaxing? I can be as high strung as a chihuahua and I really want to start living a life with less anxiety and fear. I worry too much. Any of you have some tips for how to CHILL OUT?!?!

When I passed out last week the main factor was stress, and the doc told me to do Yoga, relaxation breathing, and such....I haven't tried any of it...when do I have time? But that's what my doc says

Okay, laughter is a wonderful thing...do you have a favorite comedian/funny movie? When you get stressed pop it in and allow youself five to ten minutes ot de stress through laughter.

Chocolate. Brusters. Chocolate. More Brusters...cause in a couple weeks you won't feel like eating that stuff for a little while.

Um, come visit your bestest friend!!!! She always makes you relax (just think head scratching). Other then that I used to love doing yoga and you know how high strung I am. It seemed to really help and even now I still use the breathing techniques when this are really driving me nuts.
